No money to pay emi what next to do

My 2 emi of home Loan is miss. Now banker telling me pay emi 1 or 2 day other wise we will hang legal notice on your property. I don't have money now. What should I do?
Firstly, on the basis of limited information you have provided, you cannot escape from paying your EMI installment just because you have no money to pay. I will require to peruse the documents you have signed with the Banks and other communications you have made with Bank.
