My friend Took 4 lakhs as loan but now he is asking time of 2years to

My friend took 4 lakhs from me. But I have only bank transfer proof. But now he asked me time period of 2years to repay me. Shall I trust him. He has 2 cars which he runs in ola and uber. I never find that he will going to pay my money. What should I do now.

I advise you to get few documents executed from him wherein he will acknowledge and promise to pay the loa amount in a specified time failing which you will br able to recover the amount from him with interest and penalties
