make a firm/company to invest in shares market can i take money

Hi, i want to start a firm/company in which i can buy stock, futures trade in share market. I will we taking money from my family & friends mainly, pooled and invest also charge some fee and profit sharing.
Please let me know i can do this legally and also is it possible to take money from non Indian relatives or investors.

yes you can do so, there are various tyoes of companies option available for one who wants to open company and under that you can pool money from your relatives and near one. where as in reference to the foreign funding it is restricted and permission needs to be taken from the concerned department.
