Maine Bank Se Loan Liya Lekin Abhi Bhar Nahi Paa Raha Kuch Wajah Se

Maine bank se 40000 loan liya thaa. Loan ke samay main company ko 4 check bhi diye they. Jisme se 1 check bounce ho gaya hain.kuch pareshaniyo ke karan main loan nahi bhar paa raha hu . Mujhe recovery agent arrest warrant kahkar dhamki de raha hain. Aur main 6 mahine ka aur samay bhi mang raha hoon paid karne ke liye lekin recovery person suane ko tyaar nahi hain. Mujhe company se legal notice bhi aaya hain main unse bhi jaakar mila aur unhe bhi 6 mahine ka samay maanga lekin agent sunane ko tyaar nahi hain .mujhe arrest warrant batakar dhamki de raha hain.. kya karo pls help me.....
