Made payment online but account deducted wrongfully how to proceed

i made a payment online in which the cost of product is in rupees and dollor both available... when i paid amt the amt deducted from my account is in rupprs same as dollar... mean if an article cost is 14000 rs and in $ 228 the amt deducted from my account only 228 rs i think this problem is in payment gateway.. is company can file any case against me for payment ?
No they can't.. as you have made the payment with their term and condition and this is technical issue which has been happened by payment gateway...they need to check the technical problem with payment gateway company. Once you made the payment and they accept it that means they accepted amount by applied term and conditions of payment otherwise transaction will declined
