Loan settlement case how low can the amount be fixed for settlement

How low can I settle the PL of 350,456 INR , should I pull another loan to settle it? How low can I go for as one time settlement? 10 installment of 10k Paid already actually amount was 3.80L IR18.8% Bank Axis been misguided about foreclosure already as compare to paperwork. How should I handle such situation?
