Hi, I was not able to pay my EMI from last 10 Months. I was in hospital treatment. Now they HDFC bank filled case against me. Now, what I need to do? I am ready to repay in 6 months.
Please call in the bank manager with all relevant medical records and explain why you couldn't pay your EMIs for the past 10 months. Say you have every intention to repay the loan and seek time. Negotiate for a settlement.
