Hi Sir/Madam, Good Evening. My Father taken a loan from "Home Credit India" company. He have paid one EMI and pending EMI are 2. The company calling me and asking me to pay the amount on be half of father but I don't know about the loan which my father took. My Father is getting 100rs daily as wages. I don't know how the company provided the personal loan to my father (Rs: 60,000). Father and me are not staying together for some personal reason (4 Months) and I am married too having 2 daughters and my wife is now carrying 6 month. My question is that, am I have to the pay the amount of my father's loan? Thank and Best Regards, Biju Vargheese.C,

If you are not a guarantor to the said loan then you need not to pay any amount to them. If they continuesly torturing you then lodge a criminal complaint against them. It is tour father's personal liability. Therefore you cannot be compelled to pay the said loan.
