Legality of money transfer from NRI account to an Indian account

Is it ok to transfer money from my NRI account to my mother saving account to buy a property in india registered on my name?

Hello Client ,
As per your question the concern of yours is totally wrong ,it is not possible to get registered property on your name in india without your presence and without your signature in front of the officer.

You have not clarified the purpose of transferring money from your NRI account to your mothers domestic account in India. If the land is to be purchased in your name, the consideration needs to be paid out of your own NRI account. This is important for FEMA/ RBI compliances. However, make sure that the land to be purchased is not a farm/ agricultural land.

Yes it is Ok to transfer money from your NRI account to your mother's account. Provided if your foreign remittance is from a legitimate bank account from the country you are transferring. Secondly, first you will buy the property then only it will be transferred in your name through sale deed.
