Legal remedy as require time to repay the remaining amount of loan

Sir my father took 3 loans he paid some amount but remaining he cannot pay amount not sufficient due to interest amount for loans and family runs he don't have any property money is not sufficient my father is only source which lawyer should we consult what we have to do

Is it personal loan, home loan or mortgage loan? Some banks don't need guarantee for personal loans.

As your statement there should be a proper documentation to get rid from the problem
1. What kind of 3 loans he have taken from the bank.
2. Did he given any assurance to bank in terms of property proof of documents given to bank
3. Is anyone given assurance to bank on behalf of your father
4. If No property on your father is there other property on family members?
