Legal remedy against illegal recovery of loan amount

I demand for Rs 300000 loan to co op credit society. They sanctioned Rs 300000 @15%. But they paid only Rs 261000 to me. They applied for recovery certificate of Rs 300000.and get it.I have paid Rs 402000 within 45 months. Before March 2011. Today they demands Rs 265000 . They have arranged auction of my property. What can I do

Better go in appeal before respective High Court and take the stay order. For this pitty amount they should not go for auction of property.
