Legal notice issued by bank, what other legal actions can they take

I am holding a credit card . Upto this month march i paid the bill properly after that i am unable to pay the outstanding. But upto last month i paid a minimum amount to my card to avoid it to become npa. Now am in uae and i come to know that bank send a legal notice (not sure) via om gujur law chamber. This month 22 i am coming back to india after that I discuss with bank and ready to pay outstanding on emi basis . I want to know that what legal action bank can take and that legal notice will create any problm to me i. Airport when i came back to uae after my vacation please help
