Legal action for en cashing FDR by director of bank to adjust loan

there is an charge sheet for encashing FDR of 1.5 lacs by bank of one of the directors of company to adjust loan as FDR was with bank .However FIR was lodged and charge sheet filed .Is it possible to deposit the amount in court for court to decide where this money should go as it was adjusted by bank against loan

Yes it can be done by the court, as you can argue on that point in the court but it is totally upon the discretion of the court whether to deposit the said money or not also it is a criminal case in which if the case is run on merits the punishment is the imprisonment or fine but all depends upon the facts of investigation put in charge sheet

hi. The very first thing you should do is challenge the action taken against you by the concerned person and then other things shall follow. you can not skip[ and escape the procedure. Further, first see as to what is the status of the action taken against you.
