leave encashment calculation in case of CRS from Bank

09-Oct-2023 (In Banking / Finance Law)
I am .I was kept under suspension from 22-02-2008 and was compulsory retired from Bank's service on 30-08-2010. After this punishment i requested bank to release my leave encashment but the same was denied. So i approached Hon'ble Delhi High Court for issuance of directions to bank to release my leave encashment. Hon'ble court directed the bank to release my leave encashment on 21-08-2010. So bank credited my leave encashment into my a/c. Now the most worrying part in it is the Calculation part performed by the bank. They credited leave encashment of 240 days by taking my Net salary as on 20-02-2010 which was the last salary drawn before suspension. But earlier they have provided me the arrears of subsistence allowance according to the revised pay from period 1st November 2007 to may 2010. the pay was revised due to 9th BPS.If the subsistence allowance was paid according to revised salary then why they haven't taken revised salary for leave encashment calculation. Please help

Sir in this you have to first talk to bank and understand how your leave encashment is released and if the said dispute is not resolved with them then again you can seek court for not complying the direction issued by hon'ble high court
