I have gift deed in my favor done by one of my relative few years back

Dear Reader, I have GIFT DEED of shares which was done few years back and now I want to sell this shares but by new SEBI legislation certificates form shares cannot be sold unless you got through Demat procedure ,so where can I stand in this situation ? Is it not possible to sell shares on ground of GIFTDEED? If not then can you please guide me the easiest way to either sell or transfer on my name as I hold Demat a/c.If any legal procedure required than what expenses expect? Thanks,Surya.

hello Surya I have gone through your query buy as you query is concerned you have pesticides very less information about your gift dead you need to provide detailed Information regarding your gift dead.so after going through it we can suggest you better
