Husband wants to mortgage the property of his wife given by her father

property is name of daughter and father and daughter is married so why need daughter husband noc for mortgage the propery ???? and are this complusary require noc of husband ????
If the property is in the joint name of Father and Daughter which was purchased by father, then there in no requirement of obtaining NOC from the husband of daughter, except there is any other property also mortgaged wherein either it belongs to husband or he is the joint-owner of that property.
