How to take refund from college after admission when they are denying

I recently took admission in a college in dehradun . I do not want to stay here anymore so I asked the authorities to withdraw my admission and refund my fees (approz 1.2 lakhs). They denied. What action can I take?

When did the admission started ?

When did your applied the application for the refund ?
There must be a admission and fee refund Policy by the college at the time of admission.
