How to pay EMI of bank as I have no job and no money to do settlement

Hi Sir, My name is Shyam i have 3 personal loans totaling to around 460000rs now for a period of more than 22 months i have paid installments without any delay and checque bounce. Now position is very bad that to cover up my regular fixed expenses it is becoming very hard. As i have lost my JOB even i dont have any assets and single penny of savings with me to do One Time Settlement as well. Can you please suggest how i can come out of this Vicious debt circle. Many Thanks
you can file a criminal case against the bank for harrassment and coercion to repay the amount taken as personal loan and and file a writ petition in case if the problem persist and goes beyond contraol
