You have to take succession certificate from the civil court and have to declare that you are the sole legal heir of deceased then through court you are able to operate the bank account of your deceased father.

sir, in case there is no nominee with bank account and if the amout in more that 50 thousand than in that case you need to take succession certificate or letter of administration with respect to assets of deceased father or mother or any relative, therefore for your remedy i need to discuss the case with you so that i can reach to right conclusion ..... please contact me as soon as possible.
