How to handle accumulated credit card loan

hi this is mohan, From Nov2016 i am not paying my credit card loan Emi I have taken Rs 5.5lac loan based on credit card, But i last my job in sep2016, once i get a job i will start Repaying, But bank executives they are troubling, they are saying you have to clear everything,its a big legal issue, if you dont clearm even you will not get job due to CIBIL Score please help me,
Hi, You could not repay as you lost your job. So, you need to intimate bank legally that you are unable to pay. If you do not then you may be marked as 'defaulter' in cibil record and you may not able to get job in future or you may loose your job in case, if you are already working now. Background checks by employers are conducted every 3 month on each employee now a days. If you get harassed by credit card banker then you may file police complaint on them.
