How to get the policy claim and amount in SBI account of deceased

sir my mother was having account in sbi delhi she passed away due to heart attack on nov 2017 she had suraksha beema of 12 annualy bank is saying they dont know if we will get money or not please help
With regard to policy claim like suraksha beema, you have to contact the insurance agent/ company, the numbers of contact would be on the policy itself, with regard to money in bank account, if there is no nominee in account, u had to get succession certificate from court .

Hello client hru.i have read ur query as per which ur mother expired in 2017 due to heart attack arrest so her account is with SBI and on the same account the suraksha been is also running but the SBI Bank is not at all disclosing details of money to be recovered after the death of ur mother so in this matter u need to have help.of an Advocate and have to go by court then only u can have the help.
