It is not clear if the FD can be signed and encashed by joint or individual signatory. In case all the signatories are required to sign, then you may not have a right to get the money encashed since you are not even a signatory. Is there anything to show that the money for the FD was provided by you partially or fully? Your legal recourse will depend on your right /claim over the said amount. Will need more info on this. But you need not worry on the maturity amount since the banks automatically renew the FD on year on year basis if the FD is not encashed or renewed by the signatories.

There is no other way. The FD has be signed by the signatories.
The only solution is to convince the remaining signatory else the FD will be just a paper and money safe with bank. Pursuing the signatory is the solution

As per the RTI act 2005 , The customer has the right to ask the question form the Bankers about the misplacement or delay in the work. You can fill the form with some specified fee and the banker has the liability to revert you within 30 days of application.
As per the case you should go with your younger brother and sister and make them sign in front of Banker. If the banker did not agree with that. You should go to the court for the authentication on the stamp paper to authenticate the legal responsibility of your brother and sister.
After the authentication you can submit the stamp paper of the court to the banker . Now he is bound to execute your fd because authenticated court document can not be denied.
