24-Jul-2023 (In Banking / Finance Law)
1. CAN A CASE FOR GIVING THE MATURITY AMOUNT BE FILED? 2. UNDER WHICH SECTIONS THEY CAN BE PUNISHED? 3. HOW MUCH TIME IT WILL TAKE TO COMPLETE THE CASE? 4. HOW MUCH MONEY EACH PETITIONER WILL HAVE TO PAY TO ADVOCATE i.e. ALL HAVE DIFFERENT MATURITY AMOUNTS?

You query can be addressed only on perusing the documents and issues thereof. It is difficult to guide, if it is fit case to approach consumer court, NCLT or for civil remedy.Believe there are more than one claimants/affected party.

yes, you can file case against the Company. Only perusing the disputed amount involved and other facts of the case, proper guidance can be provided. Nevertheless there are different forums available to file case i.e. SEBI (since it is a listed entity), NCLT and Court.
