How to claim my money which I have invested in chit fund

I was cheated by a cheat fund, I made a cheet for 1lakhs it was got over but that person told that ill make a deposit of this money I will give you interest like he made legal documents for that too, after I made another cheet for 1lakhs it was half overed but due to demonetisation he stopped the cheet , and he refuses to give me that cheet amount. I have every legal document for deposited money and only a paper with his signature for every month of the due i paid. What are the materials I need to move legally like a call record or a video or anything that is needed to move legal?
