Meri dost ka ghr uske chacha k naam h unhone bank loan liya tha to chacha ne dilaya tha registry chacha k naam h ab unki death ho gye or nominee unki wife h..wo dene se mna kr re h..registry naam p nhi kr ri h.. Ab wo kya kr skte h..?
Stop repayment of loan bank will auction the property& you can by it from bank. .
