How can I repay my credit card dues in a more relaxed manner

Dear Sir I have credit card dues worth 2.5lacs and a salaried person unable to clear due to my health condition. I can pay minimum of Rs.10000 per month so please advice me how to convey this message legally to the banks Thank you
Please explain your health condition in the letter, duly supported by a medical certificate. State your sincerity in clearing the bank's dues, stressing that you are not a wilful defaulter. Propose your plan of action for repayment. Request the bank to freeze your dues as on date and not charge any further interest.
