31-Jul-2023 (In Banking / Finance Law)
Sir. I am in the process of purchasing a flat. I got loan sanctioned from bank of 45 lakhs. It got sanctioned on 30April 2017. Due to some reasons i didnt able to do registration till today. But i got my loan emi started deducting from 5th may 2017. Means till this month i have paid my 2 emis. Now i have paid stamp duty and fixed registration on 17th august but bank is saying that i have to close / cancel my loan as 90 days time period has over after the sanction date. But if i jave paid 2 emis xant they give me extension of more 20 days to submit registered documents. What can i do ?

Since you already paid 2 EMIs and also you have paid stamp duty on the agreement, there should not be a problem and can go ahead with the registration. But still I require to study the entire documents and then I will be in a better position to assist you appropriately. You can call me and take my appointment
