Bank has recovered excess amount more than commercial rates. And denying now to reverse the excess amount recovered. Can I fight legally after closing the accounts?
Sure you can send a legal notice to bank and then if upon legal notice bank doesn't satisfactorily clarify the excess amount or doesn't refund the excess amount then you can file a case in consumer court.
