Harassment by bank recovery agents, how to take legal action

I took a credit card from axis bank in 2012 in delhi. Now i live in bangalore and around 26 thousand is due. This collection agent has made my life hell. I told him that i will pay off the due in three months in small deposits but he wouldn't listen and kept calling me. Then he called my facebook frnds and its possibke only if he has hacked my account. He called my work coulleagues. I wonder where i got thier no from (must have stolen my call details) how can i stop him and take immediate legal action against him? As per supreme court they should not discuss my financial dues with anyone but he is calling whole world. Thats detoriating my image. Pls help..y

Sir, You need to intimate bank that you need some time to repay the debt. Wrt. Harassment bank do not have any right to harass the customer and can not discuss the debt with this family members or friends. Your guess is right that bank can get your call details from service provider. This is absolute criminal act by the recovery agents. You can complaint to police.
