Financial Fraud in Mysore - Urgent! help needed for an NRI

09-Dec-2023 (In Banking / Finance Law)
I am an NRI a person in Mysore who is running 2 colleges, has taken 21L from me for the property investment in 2015, by sending the empty plot pictures, I blindly trusted him as he was my accounts lecturer in college days, past from 2 years I am asking for money or property but unfortunately he is not ready to give anything, however in the last Sep I managed to take the agreement and cheques from him for 36L as he promised. As expected cheques have been bounced my father has filed a cheque bounce case as I collected cheques under my father's name. Now I want to file a criminal case as he cheated me, pls suggest how can I proceed on this matter, I am ready to file in Bangalore High court as well.

Dear client according to your quirre it's not essyiest way to get back your money it's way by necessary legal process by you and not necessary to approach High court allso.
first legal notice has to be issue to them then we see how react with then file case under NI act.
