Finance company send a legal notice for non payment of EMI

I am stop payment for bike emi from 3 years. My finance company send me a legal advocate notice. Right now what should I do?
You may reply of the said notice..it is necessary to check out the all papers first and term and condition of the agreement as well as it is also necessary to state all the reason why you have been prevented to pay EMI
