Father died without nomination on my name for SBI a/c what to do

My father died with out a nomination in SBI bank.. I am the I. Only son of my father..my mother also died 10 years ago.. SBI bank manger first asked for an affidavit.. I produced it..from serampore court . but now they are asking for an legal heirship certificate.. Now please advice me what to do in these case. I am student.I need urgent help..what to do ? Right now .. To get the money. ?
