My father is class 3 state govt. Corporation employee having 4.75lac annual income and 1 lac rupees agriculture income . And my mother have a business annual income 3 lac . My issue is i am in obc non creamy layer or not

Dear sir as per the new notification government raise the quota and increase the amount which come under creamy layer is eight lakh and you are come a little above the creamy layer but not as you need to worry Alot
