False Loan provided to me in bajaj finance how to proceed legally

Hello Sir, My issues is quite different. I have applied for personal loan in bajaj finserv and submitted document to them except cheque leaf, after few days i ask to stop the loan ( i have email copy). However they disbursed amount in some one else account using my document. Even I do not know anything. When i ask them to please cancel the loan or transfer it to account holder person. they did not done that. asking me to any how you need to server it. please help me. Thanks, Sachin
file a criminal case regarding the fraudulent transfer and also give a consumer case in the consumer redress forum other wise on latter years these people will claim all the amount from your pocket. issue legal notice immediately with damages.
