Employer not implementing Delhi H.Court order

26-Jun-2023 (In Banking / Finance Law)
My employer, a PSU, transferred me to a stenographer's seat (although I am from clerical stream and not qualified for a steno). Therefore, I refused the transfer and requested for an alternative appropriate posting). My employer discretely stopped disbursing my salary from March 19 onward. I challenged this in Delhi H. Court which ordered my employer to disburse salary from March 19. Employer went to double bench which remanded my employer back to single bench who passed the order. What are my chances of succeeding and whether contempt of court lies in this case.

Considering the circumstances, you have a remedy to file a review before a full bench or in the Apex Court. A perusal of the litigation timeline is needed to provide an effective opinion. You seem to have a case here.
