Education loan taken, recovery department harassing & not cooperating

Dear sir /Mam I have an issue with bank we have taken education loan from bank. Due to some eror from bank side ECS was not working emi amount was deducted from acxount but return credited on same day ending. I paid by cash 1 or 2 instalments after that bank assured me that emi will be deduted from next month but it didnot hapend they send me notice after few months to pay the dues swhich i paid by cash in two three installments and also paid some 1.5 lcs principal out of 6.5 but now they took legel fee from me and ask me to pay left amount in regular emis but after few days i got call from there recovery deparment that i have to pay whole amount within three months which is very difficult for me in reality. First they solve the metter now they are asking we can not regulrize your loan acount what should i do . It is sucidel position for me. Please help
Hi please don't worry all matter will solved.in your matter first of all you collect all proff and complaints against this your bank head branch customers relation manager.you can post your complaint directly on bank website.if your bank will not settell your matter than you can complaint against this bank ombudsman.this is senior official appointed by reserve bank of india to address customer complaints against bank deficiency.this officer office is in state capital.you can find these adress on RBI website.these ombudsman tries legal settlement in month.if you not satisfied his sttelment than in 30 days you can file appeal before appellant authority. This is deputy governer of RBI.you fill consumer redressal forms.so this is whole process against bank harrasment.i definitely sure your matter would be solve on second stage of your complaint.take it easy man all problems will solved on one day.you can contact me for any help.
