Dnt Possession of my house can get stay in single day

I have a flat in Rohini sec 7. I took a home loan from Hdfc bank of 42 lakhs but some how ex’s has been not deducting since I start paying emi and several times I call send an email to bank reduce my emi and extend my time tuners ten years to 20 years but band did not perform any action and just because of due was pending and whole due amount is just rs 2 lakh 50 thousand. And bank is charging me 70 more for DM notice how I can get stay for tomorrow pls help if this possible
