Dismissed by bank on ex parte decision can RTI be filed for the same

29-Aug-2023 (In Banking / Finance Law)
I want to know whether i can review my decision through filing rti's or not? I want to know about my human rights as i am not getting any allowance or salary or pension, whereas my co accused is getting all the benfits i.e pension etc and he has been terminated from bank. What should I do?

Hello
Yes you can file an rti asking the bank as to why are they not releasing the pensionery benefits as it is your fundamental rights. Moreover you can file a writ petition in the hc challenging the bank's decision or rather, not taking a a decision in this matter.

hello,
its not clear that whether you have worked in govt. sect.or in private sect. but as you have asked for the pension seems you are in govt.sect. matter is also not clear that in what kind of issues you and your co.accused has been prosecuted, and what do you want to know through the RTI. please clearly right your questions.
