Didn't receive appealate order from bank yet after filing the appeal

On dismissal order for gratification I have been submitted an appeal for consideration on 26.05.2017 but not received appealate order from bank till date. I was working in Bank of India as an Senior Manager and I have completed 28 years. Please advise.
Where have you filed appeal? If there is any mechanism within your Bank and the order has been passed by the Banking authority, then you can claim the same by making written application and if still they don't provide you with the copy then you can write to RBI as well. But still I need to understand exactly about the issue.

Your question is not clear but from what I understand you were dismissed from service against which you preferred appeal before the superior authority in bank but you have not received any order / justice from the superior authority. If you are anyway dismissed from the bank then you may approach administrative tribunal (I believe bank employees are covered by administrative tribunals vide section 2(p) of the THE ADMINISTRATIVE TRIBUNALS ACT, 1985). There you may seek redressal of your grievance.
