Delhi based IT Company not giving pending salary gives excuses

Sir I was working in a IT company which is located in Delhi i have completed 1 Year 4 Month 15 days in this company buy company only pay me 1 year salary he never gives salary on time every month he gives salary after completion half month. I have also talk to our boss he said me every time will give next week but till now i never received salary.Please help I need money very urgent because my sister marriage is coming.
