defaming me in my work place for my wife's credit card payment

I am paying small amounts every month for my wife's credit card payment. But the recovery agents are coming to my office, defaming me, and threatening me to beat me if I dont go for settlement in one payment. They forced fully and tortured me to accept the settlement procedure, and now are pressurizing me to provide my ID and defame me in my office which will make me jobless if it happens again.
You will have to take a stern action against them . No one can hold a citizen to ransom threaten and abuse. What they are doing is illegal and mala fide for this you have to send them a legal notice and lodge a complaint.

I have perused the contents of your query and would advise you to file a suit for mandatory injunction thereby restraining the bank, its official and agents from threatening and intimidating you. As a precautionary measure I would advise you to file an intallah peshbandi application with the concerned police authorities also.
