Daughter is not signing for revoking stay order what can be done

My grandfather died...he had 4 son 1 daughter...because of 1 brother other 4 made stay on money....now matter is sought out between sons but daughter is not signing in the court to remove the stay on money so that stay could be removed....why is the solution if the Daughter doesn't sign????..

You can ask the daughter to sign over it and she will do only when you give her the equal share in the property. Though you can try to settle the matter amicably by giving some more share so that she signs over it.
