In order to proceed legally it will be essential that some type of documentary proof regarding the settlement of account be provided to the court. In absence of the same it is advisable that you ask the bank the document in which the amount of 146000 is shown to be pending. Thereafter if no settlement can be reached then legal proceedings can be initiated.

Hi,
As i seems you did not read the documents or your husband did not read the document while you apply for the credit card.
Please read it again and pick the rules to get defaulter. Credit card charges and defaulter charges are very high and bank notify that while you apply or sign the document. If there are not any point seen for charges that amount you may write a written complaint to credit card bank's vigilance department. If query should not solved then please ask to lawyer with all the related documents.
