Credit card Re-payment issue. How to proceed ?

Hi, i have received a legal notice from SBI credit card manager to repay my outstanding dues immediately. But i am unable to pay the money at present. requested for EMI option for making the payment but he said there is no EMI option for me outstanding amount is 68000 and minimum payment needs to be made is 21000. so kindly suggest on this
Hi, You received legal notice as you would not have paid towards your card for some period. Now, it has come to a stage where you need to make entire payment to resolve this issue Else you may need to face legal case. I do not think banker would give you EMI option. I can give you legal advice only after seeing legal notice. You need to reply legal notice as early as possible.
