Credit card payment due because of financial crisis

I was using credit card of hdfc bank now because i was terminated from my job i can't clear my dues and bank is now taking legal action on me what should i do as i m hoing through financial crisis
Write a application to the HDFC Bank ..
Mention all ur problems in application. Request to the bank for payment in installment .I hope bank will permit to you for installment payment .Always remember if will pay the loan then u will not get the loan from any other bank.
