Credit card fraud what to do

Hi, I noticed that my credit card was credited with double payment in January later I got to know in march that it was one oh my old colleagues account was debited as per SI set by him in 2010 and this was happening. when he called me he said that since 2010 almost 60000-70000 was credited to the card. now I offered him to return the last three month payment but not in condition to do anything more at this time. He has given he told me that he will go legal on this. kindly advise me.
Hello, SI mean Standing Instruction? . If that is the case, i would like to understand the terms and conditions of SI. Are you trying to mean any money transfer offer on credit cards where outstanding of one card can be transferred to another card?. I need discussion with you for more info.
