Contacts hacked being sent fake messeges how to take legal action

I have at taken a loan in app for 5k due to some emergency and I couldn't pay on time just 5 days delay the company sent sms to all my contacts saying that we issued FIR and search warrents. .and again after 5 days they sent sms to all.my contacts. .. Please guide me how to processed further?
Sir, you also can file FIR against the owner of the app. you did not mention the app name here to know the terms and condition of the application. They are not permitted to use your contact details to spread violated messages. You can approach cyber crime police along with details.
