Complaint against bank for missing jewelry from bank locker (SBI)

I have a bank locker with SBI. As on 08.11.17 I found that some of the ornaments ( 1 Necklace, a pair of bala, 2 pairs of chur, a pair of sankha bandhano and a pair of long earing) kept in a single plastic is missing. I made through searches inside the locker, but there are no trace of those missing ornaments. I immediately informed the Branch Manger about the loss, but there was no redressal of my distress.

I don’t know if you are aware or not. Bank has no liability as per the R.B.I rules against your loss, however if the jewels are insured that you will get a good sum of money, if not than there will be no outcome of all your efforts. Next time please insure your jewels
