Complaint against agent of investment firm for not paying Dividend

My brother was arrested/detained forcefully by crime branch 7 days ago police is charging him with 420 120B & 34 police also picked the director of the firm with my brother,he was an agent working in an investment firm,the firm was paying all clients but for 3 months they missed payment and client's made complaint in name of my brother and police acted on it by picking up my brother and later fir was filed on third day. So should we wait and apply in session court for bail or apply asap if we apply with all facts of what are chances of getting bail from session court
Since, it is a serious matter and looking into the urgency as the accused is already under police custody, I would suggest you to have a personal conference at my office along with the copy of Fir.
