Company not paying FD amount what charges can be framed against them

XX India not paying me my FD which have matured on 30 April 17 and 15 June 2017 respectively. I have written so many time but they are not replying. Want to file case against then. Whether I should go through consumer court or criminal court. Also what charges should be frames like 420, 406 and...?

Firstly: If you want to go for a criminal compliant it is not you who will invoke the sections, you give police a written complaint and it is then upon the police officials to invoke the right sections.
Secondly: You can file both consumer complaint and criminal complaint simultaneously, but in order to file a consumer complaint you will first have to send a legal notice to the company.

You can send a legal notice to the respective person of taking civil action along with criminal action. if hte nitice mention 15 days time for refund of your money .
